All orders are subject to availability
Delivery may not be available on same day orders
Delivery/Pick Up orders that are submitted with less than three days notice will be billed a delivery rate of $35, if delivery is still available
Order submissions must include all relevant information such as name, billing address, telephone, email and credit-card information
If you have rented a house privately, not through a real estate agent, please include detailed written directions including landmarks, mileage and the fire number. There is a $30.00 fee for delivery and pick up, which will be billed to you.
No order will be considered confirmed until it is paid in full; you will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been processed

The prices on our website are our current pricing
All prices are per set/piece, per week. The price is the same for one week or any part of one week.
If you have rented a house privately, or through the owner, the $30.00 delivery/pick up fee will be billed to your order.
If you rented your home through a Real Estate agency, you may chose to pick up the laundry at your Real Estate agent's office, at no additional charge, or you may have it delivered and picked up for an additional $30
Credit is not issued for unused items or early returns
Please make all changes to your order at lease three days in advance of your arrival date

Once we have processed your order we will e-mail you a confirmation. Please look it over and check that everything is as you want it. Please make all changes to your order as soon as possible.
NOTE: If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please email us at oneill@riconnect.com to make sure we have received your order

All cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Refunds are not issued for cancellations with less than 36 hours notice.

We deliver to all Real Estate agencies on the island at no additional charge to you
If you are renting privately, or through the owner, you must have the laundry delivered. The fee is $30.00 for delivery/pick up and will be billed with your order.
If you are renting through a Real Estate agency, you may choose to have your laundry delivered and picked up at the house. There is a fee of $30.00 for this. Add this to your order when you place the order.
Delivery/Pick Up booked less than 3 days in advance will be charged $35.00, if delivery is still available.
Changes to an existing order, including the addition of delivery, must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. All house deliveries will be made between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Deliveries to real estate agencies will be by made by noon on the day of your arrival.
We are unable to make beds. If you would like the beds made you should contact your Real Estate agent well in advance of your arrival to contract a cleaner to do so. In such a case, we will drop off the laundry at your real estate agents office a day early. Please indicate the earlier date on your order form.
Delivery may not be available on same-day orders

Inspect your order when you arrive at your rental house. Shortages, packing errors and any other problems should be reported within 24 hours to receive a timely correction.
Shortages upon return will be billed to your credit card according to the replacement costs listed on our website

A 10% discount will apply to all weeks after the first week IF you keep the same laundry for the entire stay
If you would like to book multiple weeks with new laundry each week, please place each week as a separate order. A discount will not apply.

If you would like a clean set of laundry for each week of your multiple-week stay, please place a separate order for each week.
On the day of your requested turnover you must pack up ALL the bed and bath linens you received in your original order so a new set may be delivered to you. Please leave the bagged order in the same spot it was originally left for you when you arrived.
$30.00 delivery charge applies to turnovers if delivered to the rental house

If you picked up your laundry at your Real Estate agents office, you will need to drop the linens there by 10:00 am with the original paperwork inside the bag (so we credit you for its return)
Remember . . . If you picked your laundry up at your Real Estate agent's office, you must drop it back off there
If you paid to have linens delivered to your rental house, a B.I. Linen Rental route driver will pick up your linens on your scheduled day of departure. All linens must be bagged, in the pink nylon laundry bags they were delivered in, and left OUTSIDE of your rental home by 10:00 am.
Leave the pink laundry bag in the same location you found it on arrival
Please be sure your laundry is packed up and available on time. Each time we need to return to the house for pick up you will be charged and additional $30.00 fee.
Laundry left inside the house, on the beds or not returned will be charged for an additional week’s rental
If you did not arrange for delivery/pick up in advance, you may NOT leave your laundry at your rental home; it must be returned to the real estate office

You will be charged for any missing or damaged linens
Be aware that the use of spray sunscreen will cause yellow stains on the laundry. If we are unable to remove them we will have to charge you the replacement fee.
Please do not use your linens for anything other than bed and bath.
